Setup Global Sending Limits

By default, when you add your new mail account inside firstsales, we use the following sending limits as default

  • Per Five Minutes = 1 Email.
  • Per Hour = 10 Email.
  • Per Day = 50 Email.

These are best practices to ensure ESPs do not mark you as spam or ban you.

However, if you want to increase the lmits then just head to Settings > Mails & Domains

Now click the three dots on the email you want to set global sending limits for and you will see this drop-down menu. Select Global send limits.

Here you can change your sending limits or add a new limit using the "Add Limit" button.
