How to setup Gsuite Account Inside Firstsales
Login to your Gsuite Admin account
Inside your search, type "SMTP" and pick the option that says "Allow per user Outbound Gateway".
Now select the option below and switch it on.
Now go back to your search and type "2-step verification" and select the option as shown in the screenshot below.
Now make sure "Allow users to turn on 2-Step Verification" is checked.
Once done, now login to your newly created Gsuite GMail Account.
Inside your Gsuite Mail account, click on the settings icon and then click "See all settings"
Once done, now click on "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab and then "Enable IMAP" and hit the save button.
Once done, now head to My Account Password (make sure you are logged into the correct gsuite mail account).
Now click on security and you will see an option known as 2-Step Verification.
Now enter your phone number, and verify your Gsuite Mail Account. Without phone verification, you cannot create app password.
Once you have verified, refresh and click on the 2-step Verification again and scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see App passwords.
Now select "Others" and add "firstsales" and generate the password
Once done, you will see a screen like below with the password in the yellow box.
Copy that password and save it somewhere in your notepad because once you close this window, it will be impossible to retrive this password. You can always create a new App password.
Now you can head back to your Firstsales.io account, add your mail account inside Settings > Mails & Domains then add a new domain.
add your newly created Gsuite Gmail email and paste your App password.
Voila! You are now all set, and can start using your account to send cold emails.
