Export Suspended Contacts
Suspended contacts are automatically removed from all campaigns. However, if you want to export them, follow these steps
Go to Contacts in the sidebar, and then click Segments. Now create a new segment.

Now - Name it Suspended, select Status followed by Suspended. Now click Create Segment.

Now go into your newly created segment and allow Firstsales to segment your data. This can take anywhere from 1 second to 60 minutes depending on the number of suspended contacts. Do not delete this segment and it will work in real time in the future. When the yellow bar disappears, the segmentation process is complete for export.
Once the process is completed, select Export as CSV from the drop down menu (do not individually select any CSV).

Now select Run on ALL contacts in segment

Now select process

This could take a few minutes depending on the number of contacts you are exporting, make sure to stay on the same screen.
It will start fetching the data.

Once completed, you will see an option with a Download button.

That's it, you now have your exported data.
