Campaigns Not Sending Emails
In case your campaign is not sending any email then here are the possible reasons why:
- Your SMTP details are incorrect. Please ensure to use the right one.
- You updated your SMTP password and forgot to update them inside Firstsales.io.
- You haven't paid your invoice or set up any active subscription.
- You haven't selected the right email account for your campaign.
- Your service provider is blocking outbound emails.
- You have hit with API limit for your outbound emails.
- You haven't entered the wrong SMTP port and mail server details.
