Campaigns Not Sending Emails

In case your campaign is not sending any email then here are the possible reasons why:

  • Your SMTP details are incorrect. Please ensure to use the right one.
  • You updated your SMTP password and forgot to update them inside Firstsales.io.
  • You haven't paid your invoice or set up any active subscription.
  • You haven't selected the right email account for your campaign.
  • Your service provider is blocking outbound emails.
  • You have hit with API limit for your outbound emails.
  • You haven't entered the wrong SMTP port and mail server details.
