Campaigns Not Sending Emails
In case your campaign is not sending any email then here are the possible reasons why:
- Your SMTP details are incorrect. Please make sure you use the correct one.
- You updated your SMTP password and forgot to update it in Firstsales.io.
- You haven't paid your invoice or set up an active subscription.
- You didn't choose the right email account for your campaign.
- Your service provider is blocking outbound emails.
- You have reached the API limit for your outbound emails.
- You didn't enter the correct SMTP port and mail server details.
