Adding Bulk Tags to Existing Contacts
Firstsales's sending engine heavily relies on tags to understand whom to send out emails to.
In case you have forgotten to add tags to your contacts at the time of uploading, here is what you can do to solve it.
Step 1: Head to Contacts and click on Add Contacts
Step 2: Upload the same CSV that you uploaded earlier
Step 3: Click on Full Update and add your tag.
Once done, hit the confirm options and just wait for a couple of minutes for our system to add the bulk tag to all your existing contacts.
Now you can use that new tag in your advanced filter at the time of launching a campaign to send out emails.
